DAY OF DETAIL

- 1 x 1 hour meet + greet meeting directly after booking

- 1 x 2 hour meeting - 2 weeks before the big day to discuss the day-of and ceremony timelines

- 1 x 1 hour Orchestrating Rehearsal

- 1 Coordinator on your Wedding Day helping each moment + collaborating happily with everyone for 10 hours of on-site management ending at couple send-off

- Bi-weekly reminders beginning 2 months out to guide you through template spreadsheets provided by Hadley Wild to ensure our team is able to seamlessly step in on your big day

Spreadsheets Provided:

**All applicable and completed spreadsheets provided to couple/vendors/parties via email**

• Formal Family Shot List** - a spreadsheet created to help develop a list of all desired formal family pictures. Hadley Wild will organize the completed list to establish the order that makes these pictures the most effective for your timeline and vendors

• Day Before Timeline** - a comprehensive timeline and delivered via email to all parties involved in the rehearsal to ensure everyone is on time + aware of all the details

• Day-of Timeline** - minute by minute timeline of the day consisting of all the vendors, family, and wedding party arrival times, places to be, and activities occurring and sent to the couple for approval following the 2 week out meeting

• Ceremony Schedule** - a spreadsheet created to facilitate the order and timing of all elements within the ceremony

- Leaders, sounding board, and your advocate for your big day

- Directing wedding parties, families + all vendors at all times
